Yes, it contains fluoride at 1,450 ppm, the dentist‑recommended level for strengthening enamel and preventing cavities. Fluoride makes it harder for cavity-causing bacteria to prooduce acids that damade enamel while still allowing the good bacteria in your oral microbiome to thrive.

It’s super simple- just follow these five quick steps:

1. Lift: Pull the nozzle up from the top of the dispenser.

2. Twist: Twist your new refill into the nozzle (remove the old one first if replacing).

3. Click: Push the nozzle and refill back into the base until it clicks into place.

4. Pump: Dispense two pumps of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.

5. Lock: Twist the base clockwise to lock. These instructions are also printed on your delivery box or you can watch our quick tutorial video here

Don’t worry, this usually just means the pump and refill aren’t secured together quite right. It’s an easy fix!

Sometimes, if the dispenser hasn’t been fully assembled, it can stop the toothpaste from dispensing properly.
