Delivery method & costs

Where do you deliver to? 

We currently deliver across all of the UK and the Channel Islands. 

How much is delivery? 

For deliveries across the UK, standard delivery is £2.99 on orders under £25. For orders of £25 or more, you will be eligible for free delivery. 

Due to the distance or remote nature of some postcodes, standard delivery may be £3.99 - This includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, and some areas of Scotland. Once you enter your postcode at checkout, you will be presented with your delivery cost. 

How long does delivery take?

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it before 4pm (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from the moment of dispatch.

For orders in more remote areas, delivery can take 5-7 working days.

Which delivery partner do you use?

Our orders are delivered via Royal Mail using their ‘Tracked 48’ service. You will receive a tracking email upon dispatch where you will be able to follow the status of your order.
