Cancellation, Refund & Returns policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want every customer to have a great experience with using our toothpaste. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at hello@mightymouthcare.com and we’ll be sure to help. We’ve also outlined our full policy below.
Our cancellation policy

If you have a recurring subscription you can cancel it, and future orders, at any time. However, once an order has been placed on our system and payment completed, we are not able to process a cancellation on that specific order, even if you cancel your subscription. We will always send reminder emails about upcoming orders and you can access your account to check the date of your next order. Emails may sometimes end up in your spam folder and so we recommend that you check and mark our email address as a safe sender.

If you order a one time purchase, we cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel an order or amend any items. However, if you do wish to cancel or amend an order, email hello@mightymouthcare.com and we will do our best to help. Please include your order number in the email to help our team.
If you are a new customer, and have never used our toothpaste before, you are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We ask that you give the product a fair chance and give us the opportunity to solve any issue. However, if you’re still not satisfied, you can contact us and you will be refunded your original order price.
Our refund policy
We hope that there won’t be any issues, but the below outlines some situations you could find yourself in with using Mighty.

My Mighty dispenser is not working. No one likes a faulty product. If you’ve followed the instructions in your delivery box and still can’t get the dispenser to work, we’ll get it replaced or refunded straight away. To arrange this, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com within 14 days of your order being delivered, letting us know what the problem is. It would be really helpful to provide us with your order number and also a description, image and/or video of the problem.

I’ve received the wrong order. Our warehouse team is busy sending out orders quickly and efficiently and very occasionally might get your dispenser colour wrong or wrong order altogether. If you’ve received the wrong order, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll get any errors resolved. If you could provide your order number and the problem with the order, that will really help us. There is no need to return your original order - either keep it as a spare or give it to a friend that you think might like MIghty.

I don’t like the toothpaste. We have worked hard to create a toothpaste to provide long lasting care for your teeth. If for any reason, however, you are not satisfied, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com with your order number and what the issue is, and we will be able to help you out. Refill packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns on refill packs unless the item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances.
Our returns policy
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind or did not cancel your subscription in time. We will only accept returns if an item is faulty or under exceptional circumstances. If your request meets our criteria, please email hello@mightymouthcare.com for information on how to return your order. The cost of returning the products will be the responsibility of the customer.
